Kieran Rogan is an associate in the Litigation and a member of the International Arbitration group.

Kieran’s practice focuses on complex, multi-party commercial disputes,with extensive experience in cross-border litigation. He has supported a broad range of clients including financial institutions, asset managers and funds in proceedings before the English High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in offshore litigation before the BVI Commercial Court and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

Kieran also has experience in international arbitrations under LCIA rules, most recently representing clients in high value joint venture and shareholder disputes.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Kieran was an associate in the London and Hong Kong offices of an international US law firm. In 2022, he completed a 9-month secondment to the Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement department of a major global bank.

Kieran is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
