Associate

Jennifer L. Jones is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation, including a variety of matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as mediation. In particular, she has litigated intellectual property, sports, entertainment, and false advertising cases, as well as general business and contract disputes. Jennie also has represented a diverse group of clients in a wide range of industries, including sports, arts & entertainment, consumer products, government services, staffing and banking.

Jennie also has significant experience responding to audits initiated by the Business Software Alliance and the Software & Information Industry Association. She maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes litigating arts & entertainment matters in New York federal courts and family law matters pending before New York state appellate courts.
